Because the Haslams need to launder money through a coaching buyout or something. IDK.
I thought about that too.
It's like they're picking out disposable coaches with 3-year shelf lives. Each new coach probably drives profit up 2-5% each time, I don't know. They think they'll never top the best in the league so they just feed off of hope. The new coach dangles that carrot out in front just enough to keep us crawling back.
It's science.
