Random: Some Assistants wanted Orlando Brown over Richmond bc of various reasons but Butch nixed it and took Richmond.
But no i dont think DR is hurt.
2. Was nothing but facts about UT recruiting over the last decade, nothing to translate.
3. Just requires a little research to see that Mullen's assistant coaching staffs have been impressive by any standard over the course of his tenure there, certainly better than we've have had at UT over the same period. Nothing really to translate though, just disputing an unfair and unfounded criticism of Mullen.
4. Most folks seem to think Franklin's time at Penn State has been pretty successful. I was just pointing out that he and Mullen were at very comparable points before he made the successful jump to a bigger program. Although no guarantee of success, a leap like this probably does carry greater odds of success than the up-and-comers that many anti-Mullen folks have listed ahead of him.
All facts were directly related to the points you outlined, and outside of maybe #4, had very little to do with Starkville.
not really. NBA has it often too. Dwayne Wade does it every other possession. pump fake, defender leaves his feet, ball carrier jumps two feet forward and shoots it unnaturally, foul.
Oh man that's by far my least favorite call in all of sports. Defender jumps straight up, ball carrier throws himself into the defender, foul on the defender. Same with driving to the basket, good defender gets in front of the guy, but because his feet hadn't been completely still for multiple seconds before the defender throws his body into him, foul on the defense.
Right. UT hasn't finished outside of the Top 25 since 2008. So what? Are you saying it's a fact that Mullen will bring top 5-7 classes to UT as necessary to take a leap?
Of course you have to translate it. Facts can be meaningless without translation, just as the one you provided.
