When you get a Penalty that moves you backwards half the distance to the goal the normal amount should be added to the distance to gain. Like Ole Miss just got a false start from their own 1 and it didn't matter. It should be 1st and 15.

I have one more crazy bs rule. If I was ever a coach I would never lose a 4th Qt lead. Saw this happen today and it reminded me of it. I would have my team keep getting delay of game or false start penalties until the clock ran out. I swear the clock keeps running after those penalties. It's just dumb. The charger got a delay today and the clock kept running before the next play when they were running down the clock.
