A rule change that just make too much sense.

When you get a Penalty that moves you backwards half the distance to the goal the normal amount should be added to the distance to gain. Like Ole Miss just got a false start from their own 1 and it didn't matter. It should be 1st and 15.

I like it.

Another one that's related that needs to be fixed...After OM gets that 1/2 yard penalty, if MSU gets an offsides they would get penalized 5 yards. Not fair. But your solution would fix my concern.
