Again Mrs. Mullen, the MS Jucos are his built in base there. I don't think it's an impediment when their main rivals are the Rebels and have always recruited as good or better.

Ole Miss is also a better program. That's almost(Ut is far better than OM) like comparing UT to Vandy. And before Freeze OM was recruiting around 25/30, basically the same with a better program. Try again

I think he has some Shoop syndrome going on right now. He's a good DC but the HC thing is hurting him. I think he resurfaces somewhere but not welcome in Knoxville like I once thought.
