my contention around this whole mess is the lack of leadership at the top of this university. If tennessee had a president that had the strength to control boosters and management under him then you would not have messes such as these.

How many ceos would survive a multi million dollar company where they let management staff do some of the things that the management at tennessee does? How fast would they be gone? A strong president controls boosters along with putting a strong athletic director in place to run athletics.

Our people don't just make bad hires they go out and embarrass the university in the process. Until that is fixed and you have strength from the top that holds people accountable, we will continue to have 10 year periods where our sec record is 26-54.

Our AD/Admin is the worst run in the country. We all knew that, and the nation got to see that yesterday.

Just look at the coaches we've hired over the last decade in football, basketball, baseball. An Warlick has driven the Lady Vols reputation into the dirt.
