Well then that changes things lol. Ive always used nm as never mind in texting, guess message board talk is different.
I can only see this happening from a standpoint of equity not law. If Schiano turned down another job or a raise at OSU to take this job, he might have a case. This **** with an MOU being legally binding doesn't make sense to me. Especially if the MOU wasn't finalized by including all necessary signatures.
P.S. I guess it's possible that Schiano could argue that UT acted in bad faith since Bev didn't sign the thing. Seems like a tenuous argument to me.
