Gillespie, Tee, and Kiffin are better than the names being mentioned now.

31/18 overall, 26-5 in conference in 4 seasons as HC of mid major Ark. State. Very seasoned and in his late 40's. 6 years under Fedora at USM/UNC as OC. Was the brains of the offense. Produced 480+ YPG his last season there. UNC/Fedora's trajectory started down soon after he left. Strong offensive mind, runs tempo spread with good routes and DT QB's. Tough D. Makes lemonade out of lemons and is unafraid to play anybody anywhere. Again Mahlzahn was HC there for a year before he took the HC job at Auburn.

Exactly. They are absolutely clueless as to how to do it and who to target when. It is so obvious that Jimmy Haslam does not understand the game well at all with what has happened here and Cleveland. It's pointless to talk about anybody else on a search because it is going to be who he thinks he wants not matter what.
