I think college basketball should be a 2 yr minimum rule. it would make the college game that much more exciting. It would improve their chances at succeeding in the NBA. A majority of these one and done guys now are struggling their first year in NBA. they tend to really take off in yrs 2 and 3. An extra year of mental and physical development would increase their immediate impact in my opinion.

Wade is going to win. He is a really good coach that doesn't have to teach his new team a system. They already run his system. So you just plug him in and keep rolling. Shaka has a nice recruiting class coming in for him with guys that turned down big power 5 bball programs.

Barnes will win too IMO just not sure if it will be in year 1. It might depending on who he brings in and current teams development

The plan:
Step 1- We hire coach that can bring stability and maje job alluring again.
(check)
Step 2- VCU hires Will Wade. (check)
Step 3- UT actually stabilizes. (In progress)
Step 4- Will Wade kicks ass at VCU gaining much needed experience. (Starts now)
Step 5- After 5-10 years of stability and steady increase in exposure of our program Barnes retires.
Step 6- Hire Will Wade.
Step 7- profit

They had an operating budget of $1.418 million. A little over $700,000 went for meals, lodging, transportation, and ancillary expenses. Over $100,000 went to tickets (players' guests, band members). The final expenses ended up at $1.254 million.
