Awe poor baby. I wonder if he know that if he goes to the NFL and he is a DE with his hand in the ground, that's where he will line up.

That was a really stupid thing of him to say. You weigh 280 pounds, guy. You're lucky you didn't end up clogging space in a 3-4.

Seriously I can't wrap my head around what a lame excuse that was. As if Narduzzi's defense is going to be that much different.

Good for them. I have a soft spot for them with the Johnny Majors connection. Hope Peterman and Chaney do well there. That's a program that has underachieved given its
proximity to good talent.

No respect for any of those guys. Quitting isn't in my DNA. Opportunities were there for most of them ... especially Helm, Jenkins, Wharton, and Hendrix.

The only transfer I don't mind is Peterman. He tried repeatedly but just couldn't cut it. He graduated and moved on to find playing time. He gave his all.

The rest of those guys?

So if you decide to leave a program to take a different route to get playing time does that make you a quitter? If a player feels like he'll never see the field why not transfer to a school that's to your advantage. If Hendrix goes to a different school and starts and maybe makes it to a combine if that's his goal then that's the right move for him. I understand VFL and loyalty but a kid needs to look after his own interests also.

He was. This is also a guy who intentionally stepped on Scola's head a few years ago. I don't have a lot of sympathy for him.
