Completely agree. The kid didn't know how to be an SEC or Big XII WR without getting into trouble, now people are putting him in the same category, or at least mentioning him in the same breath as, Calvin Johnson...no.

I'm pretty certain he was never a Big 12 WR lol.

This kid is more Tyrone Calico or Kenny Britt than Calvin Johnson.

I wouldn't take him, just too much risk.

Calico's not the best comparison, a speedster would equate to that...but I get your point.

As a Bears fan? Love the Eddie Goldman pick! Remember when we were recruiting him?

DGB! 6'5" 240 receiver.. hope he keeps his shiz straight

Wow! DGB! Typical Titans. He's got bust written all over him. They need new owners. Too much of a gamble on Mariota and now this crap. Ridiculous..

Betting Randy Gregory for the Panthers...gave up some value to trade up.

Oklahoma is in the Big XII. He transferred there after Mizzou dismissed him...

And then the Titans drafted him.

Awesome.

Missed on that one...why'd Carolina have to trade up for Funchess?

But he never was eligible to play a down at Oklahoma due to transfer rules...nor did he really get in trouble while there.

Just not sure if one can make the statement that he didn't know how to be a Big 12 WR without getting into trouble if he never actually played as one (or the other part).

They went with a boom-or-bust guy in the first round. Now they do the same with their second pick. They need to build a solid team with good players and not get guys who they HOPE can be great.

Gregory's not even on most teams boards.

The repeated stuff with drugs plus the not even showing up for meetings with teams...that's pretty bad; not great signs

Saw him dropping out of the first...not believing he won't be picked on the second day.

Good grief man, he freaking enrolled there. I didn't realize were posting under NCAA clearinghouse rules.

My point is the kid isn't worth a draft pick.
