Very glad for you and your family, and very glad you are a man of faith.

But as a man about to enter medical school, let's not for one second forget the years and decades those surgeons and doctors spent in order to be in a position to perform the surgery at all and to treat her as well.

We tend to throw our hands up when something beats the odds like this and call it a miracle, ignoring the enormous human element. I prefer to believe through years of training, hard work, and education that God puts people in a position to do those things nowadays. It makes each and every life more valuable I feel to believe that God does things through people than just doing things at all.

I had to throw up a mobile version of the home page because of some Google changes that require a mobile version to avoid penalties, but unfortunately it is still buggy. If you'll scroll all the way to the bottom and click "View full site" it will go back to the desktop version which you are probably used to.

Google chrome changes lately have been really pi$$ing me off. It seems they are trying more and more to make non Google content (I.e competition) break on their browser. Microsoft got sued by the Govt. in the 90's for this type of thing but now Google and Apple do it all the time and no one says a word. /end rant
