Thanks guys.

I didn't get to kill it. It moved really fast. Not absolutely certain it was a cobra, but pretty dang sure. I didn't have the machete in hand. I was actually about to go out and grill. The birds in the trees were going nuts, and immedeately I thought, "it's a snake." In retrospect, I believe God was telling me, if you roll that way.

As I approached the door to see, it took off. Had I opened the door, it would have been a foot to my right, and out of sight.

Just another day for Nick in Thailand

That's my PJ's. I had to kill this one at night. The dog was all up on it, so I had to go take care of it.

some of the top 10 best are also the top 10 worst. e.g. Coleman Thomas getting beat by a freshman (an elite freshman but still); Blair, 6'8 300 lbs, getting beat by a 6'2 245 lb freshman; the horrendous and unsightly angles some of those guys took out there when Juan Jennings got his TD...reminded me of the 2012 defense;

others were true top 10 moments--look at Evan Berry being a Berry, that pass by Dormady is the future, Jalen Hurd looks unreal, and Cam Sutton has really good hands.

When you start recruiting on the level we are now then your not going to have an olineman or dlineman win every rep.

Being a year older doesn't mean better. Barnett was a true freshman last year that gave fits to Brandon Scherff and DJ Humphries two guys that just went First RD in NFL draft. Tuttle was a 5 star prospect and Thomas a 3 star that had to sit out 1-2 wks before because Sawyers set him up with XBOX Gate so it really shouldn't be surprising.

On the Jennings run I think that probably has more to do with the fact that some of those were 3rd and 4th stringers as our first defense was a lot of 2nd stringers due to injuries. So that effected who was then on 2nd team.

Nick ... I spent some time perusing your website.

Wow. Just wow. Your family's dedication to serving the Lord and helping the people of Thailand is inspiring ---- and a bit humbling. Most of us are guilty of receiving His blessings without passing them to the less fortunate. Complacency is an awful disease.

Good Morning Vol fans. Quick update, Ashlee's doing great. So great that they're aiming to take her off the vent this afternoon. Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. Just reading them on here helped more than I ever expected.

Now...on to football:

Dude, if McKenzie is supposed to be better than Tuttle...we're looking at Henderson and Haynesworth part II.

Dat JJ scramble tho. Volatil, I know you're adamant that he's a QB but...that dude looks like a WR or a Saftey. I don't have a problem where he lands, as long as it's to the team's betterment. Hopefully he agrees.

Because...and I know it's only a spring game but...Dormady looks like the real deal. How we went from a near decade-long drought of real depth at QB to all of a sudden having four potential starting SEC QB's can only be explained by one thing...Butch Jones.

My favorite Titan of all time will always be Eddie George. Jalen Hurd is his clone, only a step or two faster. I've never been a big of comparing underclassmen to all-time greats but...he's like a hybrid Eric Dickerson / Eddie George. (PLEASE STAY HEALTHY. PLEASE STAY HEALTHY)



Bold prediction time:

This Sophomore & Freshman class will win an SEC Championship. I'm as much a realist as they come...understanding that there are a couple spots that are not deep and will need time and another class to fill the holes; this is a borderline elite SEC team RIGHT. NOW.

Does this make me a sunshine pumper, now??
