Looks like leaks of a mock if that makes sense. Nike came up with a bunch of combos to present to TN for model for us to decide what sticks and what doesnt. I highly doubt that odd black and grey thing made the cut. The orange is slick though

DP had said that he believed some would not like the numbers. I personally really like it. Looks a lot larger, which is great for these terrible eyes of mine.

Like I've said for a couple of months, a big enough change that it will anger the traditionalists, a small enough change that the "modern" people are upset. Just like I thought.

They pushed that subtle helmet design hard. I like it.

As it stands now, the gray elements are not to be mixed with the other uniforms, and the orange/white uniforms were designed with that in mind.

I could see the orange one but no way that black and grey thing is legit. It looks nothing like the smokey grey patch in the swoosh video. That doesn't seem like something that would fly with what everyone is saying that we aren't introducing any new colors only white, orange and Smokey. Keep in mind DP was dead set that we weren't moving to Nike. So I would t take it as gospel. Unless that black/grey is better in person I hope it's not correct for that one.

I'd say it will look pretty different in person. Those pictures were pretty washed out.

Actually, the only thing I don't like so far is the orange collar on the white jersey. The "Storm Trooper" look won't look so clean now.

I've never understood the fashionistas on here getting in a tizzy about the uniforms. As long as they have orange, white, a power T or UT, rifleman, or any image or visage pertaining to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville...I'm good.

I get the traditionalists...but the team is still the same, regardless of the uniforms.

The "if it ain't orange, it ain't Tennessee" guys need to realize gray and even black were the original colors of the football team. It's in the color scheme because it was there first.

I like them. I'm going to really like them when we get kids here because of them.
