E. It could be that she got caught up in a bad situation and wants to shift the blame or mitigate her role.
F. It could be that she has an emotional or mental problem or is a pathological liar.

Who knows? Maybe she's a Bama fan. It's gotten way easy to accuse someone of a serious crime. The media runs with it, a reputation is ruined and a promising future is compromised-- fair game, ultimately, if the accusation is true; notsomuch if the accuser made it up and everybody rushes to judgment.

If a police officer is accused of anything, they are suspended pending a full hearing. It is protocol. Implies nothing.

CBJ's dad was a police officer, I think...
Makes senses.
Would be good to make a documented policy public jmo

A football player raping a girl is like Bill gates robbing a McDonald's. But some people have problems. Its just way too easy, until some consequences start happening to these girls that throw around the rape thing, it'll only get worse

Suspended with pay, and get their job back if innocent. This will cost von his shot at nfl

Not Taking Away From What "Might" have happend but what's the possibility of her just trying to get some quick fame or attention like let's look at this way it started out as AJ

Von Pearson (Star Player) Question is what if her first choice was actually wrong and the DA is just like look there's no way it was him there is no DNA to prove that he did rape you,are you sure there wasn't another person there and she's now saying "Oh wait I forgot I was so intoxicated that all I remember is dreads "HYPOTHETICALLY Speaking!" and now Von Pearson Is Involved!?!? To just Be Brought In For DNA swab

Hubbs did at least confirm that the only suspect is Von. No other players are involved right now.

In the corporate world in states like Tennessee, a company does not have to give or have a reason to fire an employee. If a person is accused of a sexual crime the company can fire them on the spot. The only option they have is if it gets proven they were not guilty they can file a libel suit against the accuser and collect from them and they can sue for their job back but no guarantee they will get anything. Their name will never get completely cleared though.
Stay out of the fire if you don't want to get burned.

But he is part of the VFL family, we are far-flung and as varied as snowflakes, but we are all ORANGE to the core... :hi:

I seriously need a beer. May have to take my son to a bar and show him the proper way to start a barroom brawl to readjust my manhood...he turns 13 next month, it is time :)

Not sure about the details of this situation with VP but what happened with AJ Johnson definitely left a sour taste in the mouth of his teammates. Just a ****ty situation all the way around.
