Maybe it's a 6-7 year rebuild.

LA Tech tanked long before he got there. Doubt they ever get it fully back to CLB's glory days. I think he will have a good season in the near future, get in the tourney, and then move on to a more established program. He probably needs 10 years of proving it up before he pulls a Johnny Majors type deal. JMO.

I know what you're saying but with a lot of women one of the worst things you can do is give them the silent treatment - it conveys the coach's displeasure with them effectively.
