With everything going on, I just want us to be relentless in recruiting from here until February. Won't bother me one bit to see us move on to bigger and better from 4-6 kids currently committed. The less developmental prospects we take the better.

Said a Torn ACL was news to him. Butch doesn't need help from the ambulance chasers making his words more than they really are

I think the bolded part may make him eligible:

How does a player obtain a medical redshirt?
A player obtains a medical redshirt by applying for one through the NCAA following a season when they meet each of the following requirements:

The player must have suffered an injury during their senior year of high school, or during one of their four eligible seasons for college competition. (This does not provide for players who are already redshirting a season and are injured in practice.)
The injury suffered must be "incapacitating", meaning it must be a season-ending injury.
The injury must occur during the first half of the season.
The player must have competed in no more than 30% of the season or four games,whichever is greater.

Not sure what his prognosis is, but it could be something that he can't bounce right back from.
I'm obviously not a D1 athlete, but in very good shape and train hard weekly, and I was told 5-6 weeks before I'd be back to 100%.

He said he got a call from Kamara about what was being put out from the media concerning Kamara's injury (ACL...out for the year) and said Kamara hadn't even been told what his injury was.

Most reasonable people predicted 10-2 with a chance (if all the balls, refs and injuries go our way) of 11-1. We have been plagued with injuries to our starters and seasoned backups and still have a very good chance of going 10-2 and going to the SECCG.

Finally all caught up in here. It's bad, but I've seen worse (even in the RF).

I didn't get to watch the game this weekend. It's sitting on my DVR. I saw the halftime score and thought, "I've seen this before." I saw the final score and wondered if the wheels fell off. After seeing the injury report, I'd say, yes, the wheels actually fell off.

At some point I think I'll watch it, but I'm in no hurry.

I had to pause the game at half time, looked at the score @ 7, went home and immediately deleted it.
