There are 3 loss teams ranked that have zero wins over teams in the top 25 like FSU. LSU will be ranked in the top 25 and there will be no teams in the current top 25 that they have beaten.

Lots of 2 loss teams in the top 25 that will have zero wins vs current top 25 like WSU, Colorado, OU, and WVa.

Arkansas, UNC, and Va Tech should all fall out.

LSU is clearly better than us. Fsu is overrated and is still riding preseason rankings, no way they should be ranked. 2 loss P5 teams should be above us.

Michigan with no significant injuries. Smh 😂😂

We watched Cam Sutton's impact today in his first game back. Foreman as well(better than any CB on the roster not named Sutton).

That was as bad as Butch versus SCAR. Fighting Harbaughs 😂😂😂😂

It was worse. Iowa lost to North Dakota State and Northwestern. Only beat Rutgers by a TD. Penn State killed them last week something like 42-6. Then Michigan loses to them? Michigan was at full strength. We were depleted and on the road in a much more hostile environment at SC. Michigan was ranked number 3 and at full strength. We were ranked 19 and down something like 19 players. It's way worse than our loss to SC

Would be nice to finish 11-1 and healthy. But we would still run into the buzzsaw that is Bama. No going is getting through Bama and to the playoffs from the SEC this year. Even a fully healthy Vols team.

Idk JRM and DKJR would cause headaches for Hurts. Also with the DTs and Sutton/Foreman setting the edge in the running game we may could do something. Subtract HURD and we would be an interesting matchup. Because we can actually complete a pass unlike LSU. I do wonder about how loose the coaching staff would coach though. If they wouldn't be wide open I wouldn't be optimistic at a sliver of a chance. I do think we could turn Hurts over multiple times though. But all of this is positive thinking. I think Sutton is good for one versus him. But we'd be playing the refs and the safeties aren't helping in the running game either. Smh

I'm curious how others feel about Alabama. I was having a discussion with my brother and he thinks Alabama is on the up and up. I think they're huge cheaters. I think it's a culture at Bama. Don't think Saban personally gets involved but players are payed, I think PEDS are rampant. I think.they get away with pretty much anything. I realize no team is squeaky clean but I think they take it to a different level. Am I just a conspiracy theorist?

Nope, everything points to this being true.

What will line look like vs Mizzou?

They have won 3 games. And are still perhaps the worst team in the SEC despite beating Vandy.

With it being at home, I think it's at least Vols -17.

We might Crack top 25 now. Barely beating scrubs, UGA and UF turning out to be terrible teams, and getting blown out by Bama, and losing to USC is not a recipe for a top 25 ranking. We'll probably finish the year having beaten 0 ranked teams.

For the record. TN beat App St who if they won today would be leading their conference. They fell late to Troy who is leading the Sun Belt instead and Troy took Clemaon to the wire. The Vols beat VaTech who now have the same record as Vols, are ranked, and who are tied for the division lead in the Coastal. Tied with VaTech are the Tarheels, whom UGA handled in the ipener. TN beat the division leading Ohio Bobcats of the MAC who share a 7-3 record also. They beat a top twenty UF, going away, but the Gators are still ranked. They beat a top twenty-five UGA team who just beat the ninth ranked team in the nation. The Vols lost to two top ten teams, one by a sliver. The only bad loss was USCjr. We all know that. And, it would appear as though there were locker room shenanigans afoot all the while dealing with these injuries.

You see I'm a half full kind of guy. I love this team. I can make an informed, positive argument on behalf of this team because... Well they are good and a lot better than people like you give them credit for.

Yep and big10 refs just went all SEC and tried to protect one of their golden children. Michigan was punting, and the ref called "roughing the center". I don't think I have ever seen that called. I'm almost 33 years old. And now because of it Michigan just kicked a FG to go up

I never even heard of it. I am sure that the deep snapper gets blown up all the time and it is never called. It did not matter because Iowa still won, but that was a ridiculous call.

I've looked at 3 projected playoff rankings and Vols aren't breaking top 25 in any of em. After Missouri we should be 8-3 and ranked again I think

Think about this for a second.

Had Tennessee beat Socar we would have the SEC East basically locked up, likely top 8 and getting ready to play Bama for a Playoff spot. Crazy how one game can change your season that much
