Penn State has one win- OSU. They play two ranked teams this year and were smashed by one of them. Just like the SEC East, those teams are feasting on bad teams at the bottom. I believe the win against OSU was James Franklin's first against a ranked team after 2.5 years.

That's one more win than most. Top 25 win over the number two team in the country and a loss to Michigan.

Of course more injuries would hurt, Harbaugh hasn't had time to recruit enough.

There aren't three teams in the country more proven than them.

OSU should win. The talent difference is significant.

If he doesn't get the job, he better be able to stay at LSU because it will be hard for him to get hired anywhere else. I mean, if I were a head coach I would think hiring him would just be a precursor to my mid-season firing.

absolutely smashed by michigan. any team that gets dominated like that has no business in the playoffs.....unless they somehow meet again in the conference championship and actually avenge the loss.

I read an article that said Butch hasn't closed the door on the two juniors, who may leave for the draft. Also mentioned that neither have requested to be honored with the seniors.

If they ask, he probably will let them be with the seniors.

More than almost anyone else. Questioning is fine but don't act like there are a lot of teams out there that have shown more to this point. Get off the SEC is the only conference with competition narrative. It's false. They would handle Va Tech easily. Same goes for UGA and UF.

Wisconsin would win the East.

Nope. Haven't gotten to get in the woods as much as last year and haven't even seen anything. My daughter and I are going to Illinois this weekend for shotgun season

I'll be honest. I haven't watched them this year. I'm sure they've got a good squad. Harbaugh is a good coach.

That conference has been overrated as long as I've been alive. Happens every year with them. It doesn't mean that their top teams aren't good but the conference as a whole is overrated yearly.

I mean, they could pull off a victory but Michigan is winning that game comfortably majority of the time.
