Todd Kelly has played 2 seasons. He is a Junior this upcoming season. He has 6 picks so far in his career. So I would say that classifies as a ball hawk.

Jason Allen and EB both played CB, so they count. Terry Fair would be another to add.

Also he didn't say Martin was as good or better than Sutton. He just said he was as talented. He has all the physical tools and attributes as Sutton does. There is a difference. Alot of players have talent but turn out to be nothing.
