@SwainEvent: Dave Lawson has been officially been relieved of his duties at Uni of Tennessee. Was reassigned from away from football during spring.

88, I need a recommendation on a beach location an hr or so from Disney to split park/beach time one week. Cocoa has nice condos in the 150-200 a night range and good reviews but a friend says it sucks. So what do you recommend?

Not 88 but I always liked New Smyrna Beach area. Nice beaches, not as commercial as Daytona or Cocoa.

Johnson has a long way to go before he sees the field again. First, he must complete his legal actions. Second, he must go through the UT student conduct review process. Then, he must deal with CBJ and Hart. I would think the legal process will require some form of anger management training while serving probation. Also could include some community service. The UT conduct review could mean some form of suspension from school, as well as some additional relationship training. Then the CBJ meeting will be whether he will considered for reinstatement to the football program. Given the public visibility of the program because of the lawsuit, his return is not a given. My personal opinion is that we should be fixing people, not just condemning and discarding them. CBJ has a lot of resources, especially mentors, who can help Johnson.

New smyrna still has the option to drive on the beach if I remember correctly. Good family beach. About 1 to 1.5 hours from south Orlando. Depends on i4 traffic.

Cocoa is OK but crowded but they have a neat pier. Gives you some happenings. About 1 to 1.5 hours away. Depending on SR 528 traffic (also has tolls) but it's a straight shot.

We all know Daytona.

Yep I got mocked here to when I posted jones would be taking a long look at this as well during the rash of injuries

It's just the way VN works. If anything whatsoever, regardless if it's logical, is posted remotely negative the backlash comes.
