He said NFL bound not First round bound.

Exactly. Richmond is the wild card, of course, but he's got the talent to get there. I feel pretty confident that Robertson gets drafted and I could see Wiesman being a late pick or an UFA.

Thomas and Hall are locks at this point. Thomas could leave after this season and make some money IMO.

He said future first round for Hall and all 5 going pro

Hall is a beast. To be that good as a true freshman and coming off a major injury in high school? Unreal. If he's a 4-year guy here, he's going in the 1st. There weren't many, if ANY, freshman tackles better than him in NCAA last season.

I did. I'm not saying he's not good, I'm saying he's not some transcendent player like people are acting like.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. Can go to the house at any time, catches well, pass blocks well, and can wear a defense down. Complete package for sure. Punished Michigan State that year as well.

There were only about 4 freshman tackles, so that's not a good measure. I'm not saying you're wrong, but it's a pretty bombastic claim with only a few games to base it on.

It really doesn't matter what any of these articles say. The Vols have underachieved, disappointed fans and let rivals dominate us for a decade. We've got a lot to prove. I hope the team ignores all the hype and the hate, works hard, then goes out there and blows our opponents off the field. This is the year.

Not better than our guys. Barnett, Vereen, Phillips, Lewis, Taylor, Mixon, Kongbo at DE. Tuttle, KMack, O'Brien, Picou, and Vickers at DT. JRM, Kirkland, Smith, McDowell, Sapp at LB. Come on now HG. Barnett is a top 10 pick. JRM better than Davis. And Kirkland arguably better than both. Tuttle if healthy may just be the best player listed for both teams. Baby Easley. 😁😁😁😁

Take off the shades. You've went full homer BB this past year. In your eyes no one has better talent than Vols. I get it. Basically just name guys on the roster even if they havent made an impact. (excluding Barnett, JRM and Kirk) I can name a list of 4/5* that still litter UF front 7. SMH I like kool aid too.

The point of those rankings were based on spring including injuries. Most if those guys you named were out. It's not thermal physics.

True, but I would put Hall up there against more veteran tackles for sure. Like Barnett one year earlier, he more than held his own as a true freshman against first-round talent.

He's more dynamic than Demarco Murray, and that guy almost churned out 2000 (behind that line) in a contract year. Health permitting, a hard charging rookie with his talent level could definitely achieve such an accomplishment. Whether he's transcendent or not, he's better than Alfred Morris or McFadden.

Are YOU qualified to rule out thermal physics?

That's not even true, though. These lists don't say they're predicated on injuries - heck, the first player they mention for their #1 ranked Bama team is Jonathan Allen and he was out all spring. So was Eddie Jackson, and yet Bama is ranked 2nd in the DB rankings they just put out.

Maybe I miss read tha in the first released article. My apologies. Guess it is thermal physics.

Besides who has more depth and talent than Bama?
