I like the Titans first two picks but I HATE the last two. Toooooo many needs to draft a RB there, especially Henry. Would rather get Procise later. Could have gotten Mack Alexander there. Smh

And could have gotten Bullard instead of Johnson. Why hasn't Bullard been drafted yet?

Titans were looking for a 3-4 nose. Bullard definitely isn't that. I'm not sure that he fits at all in our scheme.

I think Bullard would be a 5 in our scheme and be a similar player to Casey. But, i looked Johnson up and he had 78 tackles, 15 for loss and 6.5 sacks last year as a DT. Pretty impressive and looks like he can play nose and 5. I feel much better about that pick now.

Still think they had much more important needs than Henry.

I have no complaints at all about how the Titans' draft is going. I think it is going very well. Drafting to fit the plan. Tough, strong, with ball control on O.

Bears just picked up Bullard. He's definitely been productive. Could make an impact for sure.

I am by no means a Bama fan in fact I hate them with the heat of 1000 suns but you guys are going to be proven very wrong on Henry and please bookmark this post for future reference. Dude broke the SEC RUSHING RECORD, so by your rationale Bama had the best line in SEC history too? Smh.

No. He just has a skillset that doesn't translate well to the NFL. If Henry went to the Cowboys he would be a pro bowler. He's a great one cut downhill runner.

However, NFL defenses are usually really good so you will need to make more than one cut. That is where he struggles. Give Henry a clean hole and time and he'll run away from almost anyone. But the holes are rarely clean in the NFL and as a RB you'll have to create on your own a lot and that is where he struggles.

I'm not saying Henry doesn't have some insane gifts. His long range speed for a man his size is FREAKY. But he also lacks some traits (like initial quickness and agility) that are essential for success at the next level that were masked in college based on how much better Alabama was than their average opponent.

We will have an all-NFL bound starting 5 on the OL this year, IMO, and at least one backup will be NFL-bound as well (Jones).

I think Hall is a future 1st round guy at tackle and Thomas could be the top center taken in the 2018 draft.

Dunno about Hall going in the 1st but Coleman Thomas will definitely be the first center taken in 2018. Maybe even a late 1st rounder like Frederick on the Cowboys.

I get what the Titans we're going for with the Henry pick, but with so many picks in next year's draft and the RB class coming out in 2017, I probably would've preferred for them to hold off at RB this year.

Hopefully Henry turns out to be Brandon Jacobs 2.0 and the Titans get some good value from him though.

I'd have taken Alex Collins in a later round over Henry.

It really doesn't matter what any of these articles say. The Vols have underachieved, disappointed fans and let rivals dominate us for a decade. We've got a lot to prove. I hope the team ignores all the hype and the hate, works hard, then goes out there and blows our opponents off the field. This is the year.

According to who? Maybe your unrealistic expectations. But this team has not been talented enough to underachieve. Georgia has underachieved the last 10 years. Tennessee has just sucked cause they didn't have enough good players.

He's such an atypical center with his athleticism, it's almost odd to see.

And he's tall. 6'5". Most centers are 6'2". And he's long.

He's got a tackle body at center. Freakish talent.

Interesting seeing Michael Thomas go in the 2nd round when you compare him to North. I get the obvious knocks on North but he is so much more talented than Thomas.

North is more talented than Treadwell. He's falling only because he barely played. On pure talent he's a 1st rounder.

Nope. I really do think North was/is good. Treadwell was/is/will be always better than North. IMHO

North is slightly taller. 6'2.5" vs 6'2". They are the same weight. 221 lbs. North is much faster. 4.42 (pro day) vs 4.63 (pro day). And North has the higher vert. 35" vs 33". Both have big hands.

On pure physical gifts, North is better.
