Such a UT thing to happen. Steal away PSU's hot DC while Franklin appears to be floundering. Then we immediately go 8-4 with a Sunseri-esque defense and they win the Big 10 with his replacement.

Butch could field a staff of Mark Helfrich as OC and Charlie Strong as DC next season and we would go 3-9 due to some insane unforeseeable staff chemistry issues that caused the team to self-destruct.
