Dallas VAMC has all the Ortho professors who are phenomenal surgeons.
Post-op rehab is as important as the surgery. Requst/demand that PT get you up on the same day as surgery. The quicker you get moving, the better you will do.
My partners ' patients go home day 2 or 3. They have significant functional gains much quicker than when patients stayed in the hospital for a week.

No I'll be going to the Lebanon VAMC. The doc has a great reputation, so I'm confident. PT will start up there, but it is an hour drive so I'll be doing most of my PT local. Not sure how long I'll be in the hospital. I'll find that out on June 9th when I have the pre surgery appt.

They sold out the first three. It is a pretty large stadium for soccer when you consider a team like Chelsea only seats 41,000 at Stamford Bridge and Arsenal's Emirates Stadium is only slightly larger than Bobby Dodd.

I think currently they draw the 4th largest attendance on average of any soccer team in the world.


The team is really popular here already. The stores are full of merchandise and you see tons of people wearing it. The games are all on tv and radio too.

I know how popular Atlanta united is. That's why I'm surprised they didn't fill Bobby Dodd. 2 of my uncle's have season tickets

Lol.....no offense taken at all. Didn't see this post until this morning. Had to get off of here right after I posted that. Little ones wanted me to take them down to the beach and I couldn't/ didn't want to say no. Spent most of the afternoon playing with them.
