Press would've won if it wasn't for that uncalled for reversal

Ya that was crazy, you see guys partially in the zone every single time. I've seen guys halfway in so often I thought the rule was that your whole body had to be across the line for it to be offsides.

It is. When he lifts his foot there is no part of him "touching" the neutral zone. It's like a one foot down one foot out catch in the NFL

That's a leadership type move by Kongbo to take interest in the freshman. Seems like the kid has really grown up. That's a credit to him and out staff.

I don't know all the specifics, but there is a current rule that says something along the lines of "if you bring in a grad transfer whose academics don't meet some requirement or another, then you can't take another grad transfer for 3 years."

In 2014 UF brought in two grad transfers who didn't meet their academic requirements to stay eligible after enrollment. So UF is currently under a 3 year ban from accepting grad transfers.

If the rule is changed, it should not allow anyone who is banned under the current rule to have the ban lifted. That's hogwash. It should be from this point forward.

Butler is the defensive star of the 2017 recruiting class. Just like Ty Chandler is the offensive star of the 2017 recruiting class. As is Trey Smith, but we all know, RB is a lot more "glamorous" than the OL

Butler is a bad dude, curious ranking in the recruiting world.

He just got drafted #52 overall in the NFL draft. You're going to argue that he was what was wrong?

The problem is that other teams don't wanna face the same thing in the future and can vote to change the rule of a majority don't like it.

I agree with OG. Changing the rule is fine but changing it in the middle of the game isn't. Change it from this point forward. They knew when they had the other transfer they had to get him to follow thru with his classes and failed.

Usually when they change a rule they don't make it active immediately. They make it active 1 or 2 years down the road. Like the extra coach rule change, made it active for next year.

It sounds like UF doesn't really believe in Franks. Part of the national media hype was that they finally had a QB in Franks.

Pretty sure that was all of their media hype. No body is sure they will continue to be good on defense. In fact, if I had to guess, everybody believes they will backslide on defense this year. I'm looking forward to an abysmal year for them.

Would love to go into the Swamp and beat them by 3-4 TDs.
