Wow, can't wait to see how they just morph into the special team everyone seems to think they will be... someone even said they are a QB away from being a playoff team... aren't a lot of teams? Will be very interested to see how their Defense will apparently be as good or better than last year, losing like 6 of their starters to the NFL... whatever.

same thing is happening with UGA.


lost 5 games
Damn near lost to Nicholls, who may have been the worst FCS team and also should have lost to Mizzou. But now, after finishing 8-5 just 7 months ago, they are now this special well oiled machine even though its basically the same exact roster lol. I dont get it but im glad the pressure is on them.

What about LSU? They're in the exact same predicament as Florida. Lost a lot on defense and have no quarterback.

I've tried to take off the orange colored glasses and look at it objectively but I just don't see how you lose as much as they did and think that you replace that with their average recruiting they have had. They have no proven quarterback on the roster. They do have a majority of their games at home. Staying healthy will be key because if they are injury prone especially at linebacker they will be in a world of hurt. The same regarding injuries can be said for most teams. All this preseason talk is just that, preseason. We will know a little more about them after their first three games

I think what they're seeing is that UF won the east the last two years and a bunch of other teams that haven't proven much of anything. They think McElwain is a good coach. So they're just going with the easy pick I guess.
