Someone gets asked to look around or are we potentially taking 3 QBs?

I'd say, taking three is extremely doubtful. If Fields wanted in, one of the other two would look elsewhere. I like the two we have but I think Fields is more polished as a QB than Penix at this point. I don't know that I would trade though. Penix is going to be really good.

When I lived in Midtown my commute was only about 10 mins.

Midtown is expensive. It's a hip part of town with a Starbucks at every other store.

I believe you're looking at a 550k minimum to own a small condo unit since you don't want to rent. If that works for you then that may be a great option.

I made a thread in the pub about this, but I was hoping more people would see it here. I'm considering relocating for a full-time position working at a location near the CNN center in Atlanta. I temporarily worked in Atlanta about 7 years ago and rented an apartment in midtown when I did. I never really had a chance to explore the outside areas of Atlanta and don't know if the areas I were in have changed since I've been there. Can anyone offer some insight into good/safe areas that I should look into that I could easily commute from? I really don't want to rent if I can avoid it. I'd rather buy a condo/apartment or even a house if possible. Thanks everyone!

Would you have regular working hours? If your start and finish time aren't the traditional 9-5 the commute is easy from most places. I live in the the City of Marietta and work at the airport. If I am starting at 7 or 8 rather than 9 it only takes me around 35 minutes to get there. If it is a high traffic time it takes well over an hour. My wife works in Midtown, and has a non traditional start time and it takes her 20 minutes.

Marietta (the city) is turning into the next Decatur with all the restaurants and walkable things being put in. At the moment it is also currently much cheaper, though things have almost doubled the last few years.

The big thing is if you have kids. That is the deciding factor for most people and where they will live. Living in Atlanta is great, but most people move out of the city when they have kids.

If you don't have kids, the West End is becoming the new urban pioneer area. Lots of great houses and just a few minutes to downtown and midtown.

Oh, and the area around SunTrust is really nice. That area is exploding and not just the development around the stadium, plus you are just 10 miles or so to downtown.

I think it's official us Atlanta Vols might have meet up to watch Tennessee wtfa

Did TP steal all of the punctuation keys off of your computer keyboard? That fella hates him some punctuation.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics John Currie will introduce Tony Vitello (pronounced: VIE-tell-oh) as the Volunteers' head baseball coach during a press conference Friday. Details on time and location are forthcoming.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Vitello arrives on Rocky Top following four seasons as assistant coach/recruiting coordinator at Arkansas. His rise to the head coaching ranks also includes stops at Missouri (his alma mater) and TCU. He has earned a reputation as one of the elite recruiters on the college baseball landscape, having assembled eight top-15 signing classes—including America’s top-rated crop of talent in 2014.

In November 2016, D1Baseball.com ranked Vitello No. 2, and tops in the SEC, on its list of the top 30 recruiting coordinators in America.

During a Division I coaching career spanning just 14 years, Vitello has signed and developed six first-round MLB Draft picks and a dozen players who advanced to the big leagues. That list includes Andrew Benintendi, Brandon Finnegan, Kyle Gibson, All-Star Aaron Crow, Gold Glove Award winner and four-time All-Star Ian Kinsler and four-time All-Star and two-time Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer.
