That's a good sign, imo. It means Warrior is getting "it" and UT will have great depth at the position.

Oh I don't think it's bad, by any means. I think TKjr is a potential All-SEC caliber player this year, so, if he got passed up, that means we should be stacked at safety this season.

I'm a little surprised, but pleasantly so.

There are certain things where the percentages are higher that something could happen. I never played football, so I don't know. It seems that most of the log exercises in the military are in standing positions (not walking). Those guys sign up to risk their lives. High school football players know the risks of getting hit but probably not from a log. Just percentages.

We could always wrap them in bubble wrap...my grown children are adventurous and have done a lot of things more dangerous than carrying a damn log. We were hiking in the Smokies last week and there were several times that if we had fallen we could have died just from slipping on rocks and bashing our brains out.

I like TKjr and think he is always around the ball, but maybe just a half a step slow compared to Warrior. Idk, about all-SEC, but he could probably start for double figure teams in the SEC. I just hope one of them isn't us because that just means UTs talent is getting even better

Swain being negative again on twitter talking about all the work the team has to do. Is this the first practice he watched or something?

TKJr hasn't been passed over, at least not yet. They're mixing up rotations at most positions and cycling starters to avoid fatigue injuries. Sounds like Warrior and Abernathy are competing hard, though.

Yeah I think we need to wait a week on the OL. All the media I've read and heard the past few days are hyperventilating over the injuries and saying that was the unit that supposed to lead and now it is falling apart.

I think by this time next week that narrative will be over. We will see.

I have done zero research to base this on, but do we have an exorbitant amount of media covering this team as opposed to other college or SEC teams? Just coming from the Dallas market it seems like a lot more than there and that is a pro team...

He seems jealous Ainge got a gig on the flagship. Even took a veiled shot at him on Twitter recently when someone said that it was nice having a 2qb system in 04 and beating UF and swain responded yeah and was great when he threw four picks vs auburn. He's constantly negative and conspiracy theory now

As a parent, I agree with you that you have to let your kids live life.

However, a parent just lost their child. I really hope that you aren't making light of this tragic incident. I am probably misinterpreting your posts. I am pretty sure you are a good guy...

My only question would be, if there's only enough players to carry the log as long as they ALL are helping, isn't that what should be questioned? If one player fails, should not the rest be able to handle it without someone die?
