I didn't say that he stunk. I actually gave him a pass last year for the bad defenses because of the injuries, but those, combined with GT Monday, have been bad. I'm hoping that its just injuries and goofy offense of GA tech. That's why I said we'll see if he is that good going forward.

And you just said you gave him a pass for last year due to injury and within the same sentence that last year combined with GT were bad. I'm so confused. :loco:

Omg cincy only down 17-14 to Michigan they would def win SEC east guys. East Ky will replace Ly and finish 2nd to Cincy as the.n Ew kings of the east

The face is the "ermm" emoji. I'm saying that I gave him a pass because of the injuries, and what I mean is, I hope that is all that it is. This previous performance against Tech tho was terrible to. Hopefully it was the goofy offense. But we will see going forward this season. I don't know how I can make it any clearer than that.

GT has now scored more than they did on us, midway through the third. It just took them a while to get going. Makes sense on short rest and emotional loss.

I'm here inside Neyland Stadiun and it's a gorgeous afternoon for football.

Couple things, after talking to some people, it sounds like QB Jarrett Guarantano will make his debut in third or fourth series.

Expect to see Jack Jones at RT for some snaps, as Tennessee explores a combination with Kendrick inside some.

Tyler Byrd (concussion), Paul Bain (concussion), Nathan Neihaus (unknown) are out today. Sounds like Shy Tuttle could play a half-dozen snaps or so.

Tennessee will be really shorthanded at wideout, as Josh Smith (shoulder) remains doubtful, and I'd be surprised if Latrell Williams (hamstring) played much, if all all

Redshirt updates: FAnt, Crosby, Bailey, Thaxton not in uniform today, but Maliek Gray, Kivon Bennett, Riley Locklear, Solon Page, Shanon Reid and Cheynnee Labruzza are all in uniform. Only expect Bennett and maybe Labruzza, who switched to No. 42 for special teams, to play today, though.
