I disagree. He has regressed but he looked like the next star his freshman year before he lost Jimbo and randy, probably the best pair of QB coaches in CFB. He has all kinds of talent and would be a 2 year Grad transfer i think.

Just my opinion, but I’d roll with Shrout before I would Francois. If we get a QB whisperer in here, I think Shrout could be Special.

I think Colorado ends up choosing Leavitt. If I am Tucker I hold out for something better and closer to his recruiting grounds.

Leavitt was Colorado's DC for MacIntyre's lone good year, a 10-4 campaign in 2016. Colorado's defense was nasty that year. I'd be delighted with either him or Tucker.

A bit off topic, but what's going on with Florida recruiting? Ranked just #21 right now, their highest ranked commit is 141, and according to 247 they're only really in it for two more top 100 players. This class could be a great first step in giving us a significant talent edge over Mullen.

It's not NSD yet. Also based on what MSU looked like the past two years I wouldn't get overly excited based off class ranking. He will get better players at Florida and coach them up.

who's on staff currently they could promote? surely they have a coaching bench over there.........lol.

the only guy on our staff that would make sense would be Sherrer, but why leave for a lateral move to go work for another defensive head coach that's going to run the defense like your current boss?

and i think pruitt and fulmer would do what they could to retain Sherrer. can't lose both coordinators in the 1st off season.
