Tell your friend Dooley I had some rough opinions about him as well.

Yeah takes a real genius to see Dooley for what he was. I still remember that feeling of utter disbelief when I realized we hired a coach from the WAC with a losing record.

Dear Mike Hamilton,

Dear Mike Hamilton,

It is funny looking back though. Lots of fans screaming, "give the coaches time", "rebuilding with what Fulmer left takes time", "trust the staff", "they know what their doing". Even going into his final year some still felt it was going to be fine. It was like a slow motion trainwreck.

Shut up!

Edit: Shut your whore mouth!

Chili's has "Kids Eat Free" Tuesday.

Why are some trying to spin these losses into not a big deal?

All we heard last year was, "Just wait til next year. It is a great year for talent in TN HSFB". According to Rivals, UT got just 2 of the top 10 players in TN last year. Right now Rivals has 13 guys ranked 4*. The top 3 are already committed to someone other than UT. Of the 7 committed, only two are committed to UT.

This isn't good. Regardless of what you blame it on, only ONE GUY is paid to fix it.... and his job likely depends on getting it fixed.

The 247 composite looks a bit worse. They only rank 7 TN players as 4* plus two with 5*. Five of these 9 are committed with only one to UT. Neither 5* is committed to UT.

That is a WORSE percentage of top instate players than Bama, UGA, LSU, and UF get. If UT is to compete then THIS MUST CHANGE.

"Next year" is usually the go to thing. 2017 was supposed to be THE year for recruiting. Now, it's "next year".

I've long had the opinion our 2014 and 2015 classes were very solid. Yes, taking 32 instead of 20 makes a difference. If Butch was still recruiting as well as he did in 2014 today most would feel a bit better about things. 2016 was a step back. 2017 even more so thus far. Some want to wait or claim everything is fine. That's cool if that's what they want to do. Im just not that guy. I don't need to see it hit rock bottom before I'd act. IMO recruiting is broken. You can fix it or bleed out.

But your opinion isn't going to make recruiting better or worse for that matter. It's not going to make you look smarter than everyone else. You're just talking out of your a** and to act like you're some expert when it comes to recruiting, only makes it even funnier. Lay off the computer for a while and make yourself useful somewhere else instead of on here.

The funny thing is how serious you take things on here.
