I hate to hear that about CWD. From what I understand when they find it they will take out the entire herd it’s associating with. I’m not sure what they do with the carcasses but one theory I’ve heard is that when the deer rot the CWD will attach to the plant life around the dead animal which is then passed onto other deer when they eat the plant. This was just a theory and I can’t remember where I read it but it seems highly plausible.

As far as black bears go I’m not sure that they are super aggressive so they can do as they please with them. Mountain lions though, no thanks. Super predator, though Steven Rinella says they are delicious.

Rinella can prob make any meat flavorful with his knowledge base and the time to learn.

I can't open the article. Wonder if that was a pet that got released? Used to happen a lot. People would buy their kid a baby gator at a roadside fruit stand on the family vacay to FLA and then when it got too big for the aquarium they'd just let it loose.

I'm done on the wildlife stuff too. It was a carryover subject from last night.

Ignorance.
I was talking about Chattanooga 10-15 years ago. I lived and grew up there. That's not a good thing to be compared too. Now if it had been said Chattanooga today, I would agree.

10-15 years ago you only went downtown to get shot or go to Aquarium. now at least you have things to do.

Never said that. But it's your thing to go all or nothing.

Is that not the nature of a message board? Even so, Waco sucks. It has a nice little river, that's about it. Even the Hooters girl are fugly and the place is full of cockroaches or you could go get shot at a biker gang war. But hey, to each their own.

Not me. I like to weigh the positives and negatives and see both in things. Just because somewhere may have some negatives doesn't mean it has any positives.

Having said that, I'd never move to Texas. Tennessee is home to me.

95% negative, 5% positive, welcome to Waco. There happy?

Why do people feel the need to crucify insiders when they miss? Why not just adjust your perception of their authority on recruiting matters? You only discourage people from posting on the board that have genuine information, if there are those kinds of people

I'd say the biggest reason is that they make definitive statements that prove to be false. That tends to rub people the wrong way and rightfully so.
