I don't post a lot - you are right. I have a special needs child and while I read most every single day, I usually read in the evenings and have one arm around my child which makes it difficult to type.

I am the one in our house who keeps up with recruiting and football and sports and always have been. (I'm also a female). I have been following many of the people here for quite a long time. Just quiet. And busy with my sweet child. And work. But here all the same.

Despite being voted off the island, I don't want to change my name either. I didn't know posting and likes were requirements for keeping your name if it was similar to another one. I don't really care what the masses think of me and don't usually respond well to being bullied. I just hope you are okay with it!

We’re all just teasing. Nobody wants you to go or change your name. Bless you and your sweet child.

I was just worried about how you felt about it. I don't care to change it if it bothers you. It may be fun to confuse some of the posters lol. I can explain to anyone that asks.

I don't think anyone was serious about voting on who had to change the name. I had already said I would if you wanted me to.
You just enjoy every minute of that sweet child! It really does go too fast if you blink!

Please don't take anything anyone says on here seriously. Most are total losers with nothing better to do than live on a forum and vie for street e recruiting cred. VolNation is a great site to visit occasionally and post when you feel like you have something to add. Unfortunately for some, VolNation is their life, it's their social playground and like real playgrounds, bullying exists yet is played off as "messing around" when called on it. Continue to be you and love on that beautiful child.

Yea, its like when I told my students about about meeting Dolly Parton, I worked a Dollywood years ago. I said what stood out the most was she was really short, and ugh, she had huge... feet, with a big smile. They all died laughing.
