Well dang, can't call you Sarge any more. Henceforth you shall be Top! And congrats on SM!

Which reminds me of a top I had at one stop. He addressed the company and explained that he was to be referred to as First Sergeant, because a top was a child's toy, and he clearly wasn't a child's toy. CO referred him as Mr. Personality and the rest of us called him...well...I can't say on this family friendly board.
I had one that would say that in a Broken Philipino/English accent. I was the only one who could get away with calling him top. He would always reply "damnit Doc... Me no top, you see me spinning on me head. Me no spin on head. You quit F... with me". Damn getting old can't recall his name.

@OGbabyaviVol, he prays some, and I pray for him a lot. He has gotten better through the years, but still struggles. The main thing with him was coming to the realization that other people were not like him. They could not automatically see what the problem was and then know how it should be solved, and it is okay with them for things to not be perfect. Then he had to realize that he does not have to fix everyone else, and a job can be accomplished without everyone being like him. Fortunately for him I am also a perfectionist even though I am Type B so I can be his sounding board after work. Hope that helps some.

Thanks. I have gotten better with some of my anxiety and stress and OCDisms over the years, but I still struggle with things. I know it drives my wife and daughter crazy a lot. The stressload from my job doesn’t help. Thanks for your time and thoughts.

I guess the anxiety and stress are part of it. He drives us crazy too, but I think it's even worse for him. He still struggles, but tries to take one day at a time. The accepting people the way they are and only worrying about what he can control is where he's made the most progress.

Yeah I guess that might be a good place for me to start to see if it can help me more. I’m one of those types that has a way to do things, and that’s how I want it done. I feel that way is the best and most efficient way. Of course my OCD makes it harder, because everything has a place in my world, but not in my daughter’s and wife’s world. When I come home stressed out and things are significantly out of place, I tend to go into that mode of straightening things up and getting it in order. Drives my wife crazy, but it’s the only way I ca relax. I can’t let things be a mess. Drives me nuts. Very hard for me.

Hey @bignewt and @InVOLuntary, can you give me specifics on what company you buy CBD oil from, and what concentration you use? I’m interested in trying it out for my anxiety to see if it helps.
I haven't been using it for a while. I purchased it from the place @bignewt recommended but I can't recall the place. It's everywhere now so I would think you can pick it up local.

Yeah u can go local now and they give you a third party fact sheet on contents which is nice but i think the online version is cbdplus.

That's quite a reach. When is Central America not considered part of NA? Not to mention the Caribbean Islands, etc.

Central America is not a continent lol.
I taught school and some textbooks would ask what 3 countries are in North America. Some included Central America. But I am old enough to remember when tomato was a vegetable and Pluto was a planet so....

Well I guess this shouldn't have been such a mystery, then!
