Yeah, I was just trying to give it a context that I and others on this board could relate to. Not sure about NFL sack levels, I'll look.

Ok - so NFL stats last year showed the median team gave up 41 sacks during the regular season - 2.56/game. So Big Ben was actually below that for his career.

Never knew there were that many more sacks in the NFL, but I can believe it. That game moves soo much faster than CFB. The NFL makes CFB look like women's soccer.

It was more his style. He never really tried to avoid sacks as much as the other guys cause he could still make plays with guys hanging off him
