Lol. Companies get sued and sued a lot when they're big. You just hate and cant see past it. Get some help dude.

the blanket statement that "lots of companies get sued" has no bearing on the trump org's non-payment lawsuits specified in the reporting. i don't understand why you think it does. they're not participation trophies. you get sued because someone is alleging you've done something wrong. when you're sued for the same thing 3500 times, you're prob doing it wrong.

Go over to the political forum. The only ones that bring fox news stuff over are the libs.
Those figures don't tell me anything about overall viewing patterns. It suggest liberals overly concern themselves about what's on Fox News, which I buy, but I'd need to know the actual viewing figures.

This is fun reading. Off topic, anybody watch wrasslin and know who Dash Wilder is?

I just met his mom while walking my dog around the neighborhood...I got to hear for 20 mins about Danny(Dash's name apparently) and his contact disagreements with Vince, how much Danny travels, etc...

Very nice lady but I haven't watched WWE since it was WWF when I was a kid.

you linked to a personal injury attorneys website because... ? is anyone mentioned on this site president? is the trump org taking the heat for transgressions committed by walmart?

unprovable absolute aside, walmart getting sued has less than nothing to do with trump org's propensity for stiffing vendors and employees.

oh, so rich dudes just get harassed indiscriminately? is that just like, part of being a rich dude? i guess that explains what all the hunter biden stuff was about. just another rich dude getting harassed by jealous little peons!

"Donald Trump often portrays himself as a savior of the working class who will "protect your job." But a USA TODAY NETWORK analysis found he has been involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits over the past three decades — and a large number of those involve ordinary Americans, like the Friels, who say Trump or his companies have refused to pay them."

he has been sued for nonpayment nearly once every three or four days for 30 years. pattern. of. behavior.

Not protecting Trump, but you must compare those who worked for him that did get paid versus those that didn't to make a fair comparison. He built nearly 50 buildings and remodeled another 100, you telling me none of those people got paid? Watching too much CNN?

He is still dog ****.

My political view of the day.

"not protecting trump but..." "watching too much cnn?" lol

i didn't say none of them got paid, i said 3,500 have sued him for nonpayment over the past 3 decades, which breaks down to once ever 3 or 4 days for 30 years. its a pattern of behavior. its explicitly laid out.

@chargervol

Just checking in to see how you're doing in all of this.

What's up Behr?!?!?

Was sick BUT caught whatever from my son = school.
If *it had been in the school system (at least here), would've heard all about it 😅
But whatever it was, it sucked regardless.

Everything else - I've always avoided people like there's a plague. Love being alone/with immediate family.
Wife is "essential" medical and working. It's like summer break with the kids. So literally nothing in my life is any different🤷‍♂️

Now...you? I'm scared to ask what this has done to the restaurant. Is your rainy day funds enough?
Employees getting benefits? You and relatives health?

I am just saying look at things fairly, the guy runs a 10 billion dollar real estate business out of New York city, shark capital of the world. I imagine these type lawsuits are fairly common in the industry there, the contractor does not meet the agreed conditions (in someones opinion), doesn't get paid, sues and the court decides who was correct. I would hope he is doing the same with our defense contractors.

i know y'all keep trying to carve out these plausibility footholds, but if you read the article, its vendors that have completed jobs, approved by the general contractor, and then told-- en masse- their work was inferior and payment wasn't coming (and then in some cases these "inferior" vendors are being asked to work for the trump org again!).

so the trump org is either just stiffing vendors, or is atrociously bad at vetting beforehand and keeps hiring "inferior" subcontractors. so, malicious or inept. i suppose it could be a mix of both. and the point you guys all seem to be missing is that it doesn't matter who else is sued how often; he's the president and he's still stiffing vendors, for example the handful of cities he holds rallies in and refuses to reimburse for security.

I don't have the restaurant anymore, I'm fine financially and everyone I know is healthy....for now. Thanks for asking.

Ive been inconvenienced, but that's about it. I had a tough time back in 2009 and was humbled. I learned a lot and I'm better prepared for this than I would have been. I'm dealing with it and just thankful, very thankful, that I have everything I need. Amazing what you realize you don't "need" when forced to do without for a little while.

I'm glad to hear you're doing good, dude, I thought about you this morning and hoped errythang was good.
