You sold me...I will claim him too.. Mr. Doss story is one of the greatest stories of selfless courage and faith of all time imo..Guilty - Doss was born in Lynchburg but like most of the people I know that were born in Appalachia - they tend to strive to get out of there and many migrate to Tennessee at the first chance they get. Doss did likewise, I believe he spent a large part of his life in the Chattanooga area and is buried there - so I am claiming him. His was and is one of the greatest story of patriotism, courage, and honor of all time. We do also get credit for Alvin C. York, the fighters at the Alamo, and many others. Since Doss was the ultimate Volunteer I am claiming him.
Gotta look out for those sneaky infiltrators.

Does that “we” mean us Vol fans or just in general? I might not care to know what some on here do in the shadows. What We Do In The Shadows is the funniest show on tv right now.
Love that show! I said no way is that Mark Hamill. Googled his name and first thing that pops up is “Mark Hamill is a huge fan of What We Do In The Shadows”.Gotta look out for those sneaky infiltrators.

Thanks for the plug. Have to check that out since all I can do is sit around after shoulder surgery. Might keep me off here for a few anyways.
