Recruiting forum off topic thread (no politics, covid, or hot button issues)

Facing reality is now considered trolling?
No But I can’t figure out why you come online to spew anti UT constantly. Things aren’t like we want but it seems like you won‘t be happy unless we continue to be terrible just so you can feel good about yourself.

As much Hell our Administration has put us through, I think me and the rest of the fan base have every right to complain about the direction this program is heading.

We can cheer with big happy smiles all we want, however until Fulmer gives us a reason to be positive, the complaining won’t stop.

Then take it somewhere else. Go miserable and wallow in your pity somewhere it’s actually welcomed

Why do you have to go so far as to try to post stuff about recruits basically telling them to find another team? If you really want things to get better we need players. You spend time trying to help make sure they know you feel like we are a bad choice. I realize it’s there choice and you probably won’t help them make a decision but you sure try your best to hurt our chances.

Tire recommendations? I have a 2015 Ford F150 with a 3" leveling lift. I'm using the stock 20" rims. I want to go bigger as I've got stock size tires. I've looked a the Nitto ridge grappler but evidently there is a nation wide tire shortage due to the virus that shall remain unnamed. Looked at the TOYO but having trouble finding those as well. Looking at a hybrid tread. I can go as big as 35x12.5 it appears.

When trucks need new tires, there is only one answer: get a new truck.

I have Toyo A/T Open Country on my f150 with a leveling kit. Look great and can’t be stopped, but the ride is pretty brutal from what it was

Good to know. I was going with the R/T which is even more aggressive. May have to rethink that.

Anyone invest in real estate?

Noob here. I have a full time career but at 43 -it’s been on my mind to come up with second streams of income and real estate seems a way to go.

Anyone have any book recommendations or other resources to consider? Mainly thinking rentals more than flips - but open to both.

Edit: I’ve looked at REI books on Amazon but there’s tons of them and they all have suspiciously highs ratings - like they’re fake reviews. So not sure which one to look into.

If I were doing it I would try to stay on the commercial side if possible.
