Comfortable ride. I have these on my F250.

Anyone invest in real estate?

Noob here. I have a full time career but at 43 -it’s been on my mind to come up with second streams of income and real estate seems a way to go.

Anyone have any book recommendations or other resources to consider? Mainly thinking rentals more than flips - but open to both.

Edit: I’ve looked at REI books on Amazon but there’s tons of them and they all have suspiciously highs ratings - like they’re fake reviews. So not sure which one to look into.

The only issue that I have is gripping a wet road if starting out. It will spin for a second.. But, alot of that is my aluminum body and only if no weight is in the bed.
