Nah gonna have to agree with @jvols1999 this is a "Recruiting Forum" and the info we bring here are abt the recruits, and saying "Every knee will bow to him, including yours, and everyone will give account of himself to God" but Before that you say "You're being the hall monitor dick, don't project your shortcomings on to me" and then follow it up with "Weak Hypocrite" is a bit hypocritical, it's a reason less and less people go to church, but 75% of most churches would talk bad behind each other's back and not bat a eye

I'm a hypocrite for sure, and many other treacherous things, every man has been at one time or another, but if u condone limiting what another man can speak on you're a weak man

I mean you can speak abt what ever you want to I didn't say you couldn't, I just said this was a recruiting forum aimed towards recruiting, you attempting to spread the gospel, and I stress attempting is a bit dumb in said recruiting forum, there's a reason threads aimed towards religion is nuked on most message boards, it brings up unwanted issues, then ppl like you would whine abt it. Saying they're not religious. . . No, those people are self-conscious enough to know there's a time and place for everything, and religion in a recruiting forum isn't the place nor the time for it

I already knew that you didn’t want to hear about church or the Bible and that is fine that you don’t. I am sure it is hard to police the forum unless a complaint is made, which I would never do on anything. I just see myself out of those discussions. I also think to everything there is a season. A place and time for everything and a place and time for nothing. If I offended I am sorry. I try to be good on here and respect other posters but the discussion wasn’t trying to push religion on anyone, it was a couple of posters just talking about faith with a guy that asked a couple of questions.

I think the issue is the perceived hypocrisy around the thought that you dressed the idea of not wanting to read about church/Bible/God under the guise of it solely being off-topic, and then admitted that it is truly the subject matter you dislike. Most are fine with you disagreeing with it or being uncomfortable with it (the Gospel is designed to be uncomfortable, btw). What I think others take exception with is the idea that you take exception with it, and NOT the other hundreds of off-topic discussions that it's probably fair to say you didn't log on to VolNation to see discussed, either. If you can sail on past those topics, it's reasonable to assume you can breeze by those that make you uncomfortable, as well. JMO
