Not sure what your talking about, but the ONE building on IOP is below average, but IOP is a mile long island and rent for a week anywhere, for a house is $9000 to $15000 middle class, sure raised their rent. Been going their the last 15 years. It's a shame the resturaunts sold out! Out of the way place, restaurants are gold in Charleston!straight middle here. Beaufort, Folly, even IOP.

Ya pretty much nailed it. Downtown greenville cool...charleston cool if not yuppie, but still lots of fun. Columbia, dirty myrtle, spartanburg, and the rest is not meant for human consumption.Upstate South Carolina is pretty. Table Rock and the Foothills Trail are amazing, Greenville is a ball. Never been to Charleston but heard it’s a blast. Beyond that….Cocks

Still more than can be said for Alabama, West Virginia, and Mississippi though, I suppose. Those places are basically third world countries.
