the middle doesnt get to flaunt or condescend, moran.

we look up and point fingers saying 'look at those rich people.'

unless...

we save our condescension for the plebes at Walmart.

seriously HHI just isnt my cup of tea. its a perfectly quaint area for some folks, im joking abou classicism.
"We look up?"

Your point is that the rich are better than the non-rich, so the poor and middle class can't be condescending toward them? That seems like a self-loathing way to live life.

By definition, what do you consider "the middle" cause it's a really broad range of income. Some say it's as low as 32k a year and as high as 374k a year...

Dude I really dont care who does what and how much capital they have.

Ive painted myself into a corner with this HHI thing, and, while I stand firmly behind it being about 174/175 on list of top beaches, the upper to middle has no impact on my family and I.

Truth be known, my family and I hve fun no matter where we go. Ive won several trips to HHI in the past. As far as what's our cup of tea, we like Folly, Litchfield, and Fripp in SC. NSB in Florida. Seems to be more to do for a young family.

You morans enjoy your day, blue collar America has to work 🤪

Sea Island, I believe is in that barrier island chain with massive flood tides. Toward bottom of the river. Man alive fantastic fishing.

HHI seems to have a higher elevation, ergo ****** fishing to go along with the snoots.

Not sure about fishing at Sea Island. I only go once a year, and we're pretty busy with Illuminati meeting.

I don't remember either a Walmart or Applebee's on Folly....which despite my upper class tastes...I have been to 5x more than HHI.

You know how much I love NSB but my family has grown very fond of Cape San Blas in the panhandle. It's very laid back and low key. No high rise condos, mostly houses but a few duplexes and stuff. We go as a group so we chip in on a large house to ease the $ pain.

As far as fishing, the bay has crystal clear water with awesome red, trout, blue, and others. Easily fished from a kayak. Also, the surf fishing is very good.

It's not for everyone because their are no theme parks, go-kart tracks, or mini golf but if you're into the beach, it can't be beat.

And, fires are permissible on the beach. We typically do 2-3 in a week. Roasting hotdogs, doing smores, or hobo meals while enjoying a adult beverage is fun and relaxing for us.

You should give it a try.

have no clue wth that means.
People are apparently back to driving 15 miles across town for .05 cheaper gas and cancelling 5 hour driving vacations to the beach because gas is up $1.50 a gallon...

The obsession people have over gas prices never ceases to amaze me...as they buy brand new vehicles, buy takeout food, and the average person has thousands in personal debt at 10-20% interest per year...far worse affecting financial decisions.

No doubt gas prices going up affects the overall...over some period of time...a bit more and a bit less...but on individual trip levels...it's like they don't do the math and just go haywire.

Yeah, always a smart move to burn $3.00 in gas to save $1.50 in gas

I haven't actually heard "Worry about your credit card debt you plebes" from any politician yet... But it's only a matter of time and I'm totally here for it.

Ya, it's crazy how some people abandon logic and math when it comes to gas.

Don't forget they also will pay $2 for 20oz of water and not complain.

Crazy how people don't want to pay more for everything that involves transporting goods aka everything including groceries

And 2/3's of Americans earning $100K/year live paycheck to paycheck...1/3rd that earn $250K/Year live paycheck to paycheck. #KeepingUpWiththeJonses. SAF

I’ve been a FPU coach for a few years. The good news is there are a lot of people recognizing it and getting out of debt. At least what I have seen. Also, many Gen Z kids are crushing it with a serious plan. It’s encouraging.

Never claimed to be a mathematician or even enjoy the poison, but my rudimentary calculations had me paying 40 dollars every week and a half to fill up my tank. 10-15 miles a day and no long trips. Nothing’s changed save for me dishing out 70 dollars for a quarter and 1/2 a tank divide by bull**** and carry the one = this is ******* ridiculous! 🤬

I see it somewhat, but lets not extrapolate..it better be as America needs to get back to work and get out of this lethargic that has infected our nation after this COVID sugar pill. Come over to the PF and discuss.
