82 Queen, High Cotton and Magnolia’s are probably my 2 favorites on the Peninsula. Shem Creek is awesome. Partied way too hard at RB’s one fine evening . My wife want to retire down there in 30 years or so haha .

High Cotton can be a little pricey. Very good though.

That's like saying that a perfectly cooked tuna steak is better than a Chicago style pork chop.

I love SC hash. Great stuff. Memphis ribs are hard to beat though.

Personally I think South Carolina BBQ can't hold a candle to the Memphis style.

I'm originally from NC... and NC bbq is probably my least favorite.

Memphis, SC, KC, StL, Texas,... you just about can't go wrong with bbq.

There's some really backwoods parts to that state...

I haven't been there in 15 years, so i imagine some has changed, but i swear it wouldn't surprise me if there was some lost tribe hiding out there somewhere haha

Gulf coast, yes. East coast, north of ft. Lauderdale/S FL, area up to GA, is basically the same. This is Clearwater beach, last month. Beautiful.
