I was in Afghanistan. I think there was about 8.5 hours difference, so when I left for a 14 hour mission, it was almost halftime. Got back after the mission, Bagram to Surobi and back supremely exhausted, but still went to our communal wifi setup to check the score and rejoiced and rejoiced and rejoiced. Fell asleep a very happy Volunteer that night, for sure.

Not a track guy. At what age do fast guys typically hit their peak? Is improvement after Jr year uncommon? Seems like right equipment and training could help, but my sundial timed sprints did not prepare me for anaylsis.

I'm 51 and still shaving down my 40 time...
