my grandfather passed on his John Wayne collection to me. Over 100 original “lobby cards”, all but 5 of his movies, and over 200 autographs from co-stars of his movies. Wayne’s son Patrick actually visited my grandfather to see his collection back in the mid 80’s. I cherish those things……

That’s awesome. John Wayne is my all time favorite actor and the only close 2nd is Robert Duvall.

Drop in the bucket for what we spend on the presidency. I saw one estimate that we spend $1.4 *billion* per year on the president, security, staff, etc. And we continue to pay for security, office space, pension, until they die.
