It’s an incredible city. Dozens of unique neighborhoods, top notch food of all cuisines, sports, music, culture. Literally anything you could want.

That pertains to every large city though. Those are ubiquitous qualities.

San Diego...Barcelona...maybe even a Vancouver I could see "incredible". Atlanta is pretty bleh as far as metro cities go...plus traffic and high crime rates. Just far too unplanned and mostly suburban hell (though inside the belt is pretty good, just not enough of the overall blob that it became). Then the humidity on top of it.

It's fine though for the southeast

I had an IV push of something that was lovely. Half at the start, the other half midway through the procedure. Don't know what it was, but *highly* recommended. So to speak...
They didn't offer or give me nothing back when I had mine done. The only thing I recall them doing was applying something that kinda numbed the area fo a bit. The doc said take ibuprofin if needed once I got home. I took two when I first got home and that was it. I had mine done on a Friday and returned to work the following Monday.

Are y’all talking about a vasectomy? 😂 they didn’t send my husband home with pain medication either, just told him to take Ibuprofen 😂 he whined for about two days then he was okay lol.. frozen peas work well as an ice pack
The pill was referring to beforehand. Now that it’s over, it’s just ibuprofen.

Take the pill. Rest up for a couple days. Don’t worry, you will swell up bigly but it goes down after a day or two.

Then, after a couple of weeks, enjoy full, unbridled love making with the Mrs without worry.
They tried to give me pain medication. Ill be damned.

I said 'send the **** back'. My fave Doc was the guy who smiled. Cherubic guy. Said he did his first tours as an MD in Nam. He smiled, looked at me and said 'ya know, Id tell someone, unless they're size of bowling balls, here's some Tylenol.' I laughed.

Y'all ready???????

Unfortunately with large hematomas and infection, there is nowhere for the blood to travel. Its Science. So, your body can either absorb it, or it cant. And it has to he removed, if necrotic. Usually both. Fortunately, after exploration, that wasnt done.

Pulling out is a lost art.

I'm pro giving anyone getting surgery on their nether regions and/or other sensitive areas as much of the strongest dope available that won't kill them. Might only get a week's supply but hey, you earned it. lol.
