Prescription pills are way more expensive because they’re much harder to obtain.

Meth is basically the cheapest stimulant on the planet. You don’t find white collar business execs with meth mouth, you find those people on the streets, often homeless. On the inverse, you don’t find a lot of hobos with powder coke habits, but it’s fairly commonplace among stock traders.
