I listened to it although I would have preferred to turn it off. He consistently would make comments about AL defense making a mistake instead of giving Tennessee’s offense any credit. He was waiting expectantly for AL to win. Just his usual. Although they never got far enough ahead for him to fall all over himself as usual. I’m a cheerleader. I know how this works.

He called that PI in the end zone a bad call and repeated himself several times that Bama got a way with one. He also reinforced the PI call on Fant as obvious.

This is also true...but he did dial WAY back on his usual Saban slurping and all things Alabama joygasms.

I wonder why Hooker didn't look his way more often? Of course we couldn't see on TV, but maybe it was because of something Bama was doing schematically?
