‘23 Recruiting Forum: Official Alabama Pregame/Game Thread

We know to expect the poor officiating, so as disappointing as it was, it wasn't the most disappointing thing. No, I was most disappointed in the coaching. There were some terrible play calls made. Some of those calls, I have no idea what Heupel could have possibly been thinking.

Mentality of coaches needs to change for big road games. UK and Mizzou away will be their litmus test moving forward.

CBS, ESPN, and the SEC Network are all in on it too. Listen to the announcers and see what replays they show, what they don't, and what camera angles they give you. It's sick what's happening
Not to mention having sweet home Alabama on que to play when they take the lead

We can score twice; it's not impossible.

But it would be an uphill fight, even without the refs having completely and absolutely taken over the game, starting with our second offensive drive, and amping it up to a rigged call or no call most every down in the second half.

Good run again Joe.

Saban's rule change that the clock doesn't stop on first downs is really helping him.

There is a little over 8 minutes left in the Houston/Texas game. The announcers just said that Houston committed their first penalty of the game.
